SUNY Oswego-Assistant Professor of Childhood Education
The Department of Curriculum & Instruction at the State University of New York at Oswego invites applications for a tenure track position as Assistant Professor in Childhood Education.
The Assistant Professor of Childhood will teach undergraduate and graduate Childhood methods courses in the Childhood Education 1-6 program, supervise Childhood education candidates in field experiences; provide program and academic advisement; participate in program development, evaluation, and self-study, and School of Education accreditation assessment processes; and serve on department, School of Education, and university committees.
In addition, the Assistant Professor of Childhood Education will be expected to display a demonstrated excellence in teaching and scholarship potential, commitment to undergraduate and graduate education, and possess communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with a diverse array of students and colleagues.
