Subject Matter Preparation
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and:
• Have interest in teaching college-level, Ethnic Studies courses, such as Introduction to Social Justice and Ethnic Studies, Introduction to Native American and Indigenous Studies, Introduction to Black Studies, Introduction to Asian American and Pacific Islander Studies, Ethnic Studies for Educators, Women of Color, or Critical Whiteness Studies;
• Have academic or professional work experience in the field of Ethnic Studies and Social Justice.
