- Your LSA membership must be current prior to registering for the conference.
- If you have purchased an LSA membership in the last 1-2 years, please check the status of your membership before registering for the conference. If you’re having difficulty confirming your membership status please contact us at lsassocinfo@gmail.com.
- In order to appear in the conference program, you must be a LSA member and register for the conference by January 30, 2026. Failure to pay membership dues and registration fees by January 30 will result in your not being listed in the program.
Attendees who are not participating on the program are welcome to become members of LSA but membership is not required to join us at the conference. Attendees may register at any time.
LSA has made registration fees tiered by income level in order to support the most economically vulnerable among us. You can preview the registration fees below. If financial circumstances allow you to pay more than your income-level tier, we invite you to consider supporting your junior colleagues by doing so.

- DAY PASSES – Day Pass tickets will be available starting March 18, 2026 to people local to the area, who cannot attend the full conference but would like to drop in to attend portions of the event.
Conference registration is processed by Oxford Abstracts. You will need to create a free Oxford Abstracts account in order to register. Payment processing is handled through Stripe. FAQ
Once you have completed your registration payment there is no cancellation nor refund possible. Please make sure you pay for the appropriate registration category. If you need to make a change of category, please contact the lsassocinfo@gmail.com and we will respond to your request.
There will be one ticketed event on Saturday night. All other events are included and free of extra charges. We will provide a limited number of lunches during each plenary on a first-come first-served basis.
There will be NO virtual sessions available for the 2026 LSA Conference. All presentations will be on site and will NOT be streamed or recorded.

UT Austin, our conference host, complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have an accommodation request, please fill out the form below at least two weeks prior to the conference. We will make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations in an effective and timely manner.
