The Latina/o Studies Association conference is more than an academic gathering — it’s one of the few national spaces where scholars, students, artists, and community leaders come together to confront urgent issues affecting Latina/o communities. Many of the voices we most need at the table—first‑generation students, emerging researchers, community organizers—cannot attend without financial support. Donations ensure that these perspectives are not lost to cost barriers. They help fund student registrations, community‑centered programming, and the infrastructure needed to host a conference that truly reflects the diversity, brilliance, and lived experiences of our field. Supporting this conference is an investment in knowledge, equity, and the future of Latina/o studies.
